As a business analyst, my main responsibility was determining the requirements for the new system to be built. I was also responsible for the coordination of the local development team efforts and had to deal with international stakeholders and a complex landscape of existing infrastructure, systems and processes. My activities:

I fulfilled the role IT Consultant at the Business Programmes department of IT Operations. The IT Consultant guides customer innovations through the different tollgates of the NPD process. When the innovation passes the tollgate ‘decision to handover’ a project is being defined and my role stops. My activities:

In this project I was responsible for the systems collecting the data from the infrastructure and transforming it into invoice data:
